PRINCESS MARGARET COTTAGE LOTTERY RULES & REGULATIONS
ELIGIBILITY
The following individuals and all of their immediate family members residing in the same household are prohibited from ordering a ticket: Board members and employees of The Princess Margaret Cancer Foundation; members of the UHN Board of Trustees and Executive Team; Princess Margaret Cancer Centre Executive Team; partners and employees of MNP LLP and its affiliates; and members of licensed gaming suppliers providing services to this program.
Participants must be at least 18 years of age. Tickets cannot be ordered in the name of a minor. Only tickets that have been paid for and/or have been verified as paid for are eligible to be entered for the respective draw(s). The lottery is intended for Ontario residents. Tickets must be ordered and delivered within the province of Ontario.
By purchasing a ticket, you agree to allow us, The Princess Margaret Cancer Foundation, and our licensed gaming suppliers providing services to this program, the right, if you are a prize winner, to use and publicly disclose your name, municipality of residence, image, photograph and likeness as a prize winner in any means required by the terms of our lottery license and/or that we consider appropriate for purposes of administering and promoting the lottery, without notice, review or approval or additional compensation to you.
The liability of the licensee of this lottery shall be limited to the purchase price of the ticket.
TICKETS
There are 280,000 tickets to be sold and 3,500 to be awarded as prizes. 12,120 prizes will be awarded, valued at $9,051,587.89 (including all taxes and freight). Ticket numbers will begin at 10000001. Tickets are $100 each or a 3-Pack♦ for $250 or a 5-Pack♦ for $375 or a 10-Pack♦ for $700 or $525 for Mega Pack♦ or $875 for Max Pack♦ or $600 for Mega Pack+♦ or $950 for Max Pack+♦.
*Guidelines for purchasing a 3-Pack, 5-Pack , 10-Pack, Mega Pack, Max Pack, Mega Pack+ and Max Pack+ are as follows:
• Only ONE method of payment.
• Only ONE mailing address.
• Only ONE envelope will be mailed containing all ticket numbers.
• Up to THREE names may be recorded on a ticket.
*All tickets in a pack must contain the same information.
The official ticket is a receipt of purchase. It is the responsibility of ticket purchasers to ensure that they receive their ticket(s); however, participants do not need their ticket(s) in hand in order to be included in the respective draw(s). No refunds will be issued after commencement of the draws. Ticket purchases are not tax deductible.
Official tickets will be delivered to the customer via email and/or letter mail. For all ticket orders where a valid email address is provided, the official ticket receipt will be provided by email within 3-5 business days. Where no email address is provided, official ticket receipts will be mailed. Ticket purchasers may request a physical copy of their ticket(s) at the time of purchase or by calling Customer Service at 1-800-542-8813. Physical ticket(s) will be mailed via Canada Post to the address provided at the time of the order within 7-10 business days.

DRAW SCHEDULE & ELIGIBILITY
VIP Prize Draw: To qualify, tickets must be ordered by Midnight, June 19, 2026. The draw for 3,501 prizes VIP prizes will take place on June 30, 2026, at approx. 8:00am, and winners will be announced on the same day.
Early Bird Prize Draw: To qualify, tickets must be ordered by Midnight, July 17, 2026. The draw will take place on July 28, 2026, and winners will be announced on July 29, 2026.
Princess Margaret Circle Membership Prize Draw: To qualify, you must be an active Princess Margaret Circle Member and tickets must be ordered by Midnight, July 30, 2026. The prize is $25,000 cash, and only active members are eligible.
Final Prize Draws: If all tickets are not sold by the Early Bird Deadline, remaining draws will take place on August 11, 2026. Winners will be announced on August 13, 2026.
*If all tickets are sold out by the Early Bird Prize Deadline of Midnight, July 17, 2026, then draws for all remaining prizes will be made on July 28, 2026, at approx. 8:00am at the offices of MNP LLP. The first draw would be for the Early Bird Prize, followed by draws for all remaining prizes starting with the lowest valued prize and concluding with the $2.5 Million Grand Prize.
The Top Valued Prize winners and the Early Bird Prize winner will be announced on CP24 on July 29, 2026, between 7:00am and 6:00pm.
**If all tickets are not sold after the Early Bird Deadline of Midnight, July 17, 2026, then only the Early Bird Prize draw will take place on July 28, 2026, at approx. 8:00am at the offices of MNP LLP and the winner will be announced on CP24 Breakfast on July 29, 2026, between 7:00am and 9:00am. Marketing will continue to the Final Sales Deadline of Midnight, July 30, 2026.
The remaining prize draws will then be made on August 11, 2026, at approx. 8:00am at the offices of MNP LLP starting with the lowest valued prize and concluding with the $2.5 Million Grand Prize. The Top Valued Prize winners will be announced on CP24 on August 13, 2026, between 7:00am and 6:00pm.
Tickets ordered before the VIP Prize deadline will be eligible for all 12,120 draws. Tickets ordered after the VIP Prize deadline but before the Early Bird Prize deadline will be eligible for 8,619 draws. Tickets ordered after the Early Bird Prize deadline will be eligible for the remaining total of 8,618 draws.
Tickets eligible for the Princess Margaret Circle Membership Prize draw must be purchased before Midnight, July 30, 2026. The Princess Margaret Circle Membership Prize is $25,000 cash. The Princess Margaret Circle Membership prize is for Princess Margaret Circle Members only.
DRAW CONTROL
Ticket Fulfillment and Draw Control by MNP LLP.
Prize draws follow a strict set of procedures, with draw control oversight by the professional services firm of MNP LLP and under licensing approval by the licensing body (AGCO).
All prize draws will be made using Random Number Generator software (RNG) under the supervision of MNP LLP. Winning ticket numbers are eligible for all subsequent prize draws.
All draws will take place at the offices of MNP LLP, 1-1900 Adelaide St. E., Toronto, ON M5C 2V9.
The records of MNP LLP shall be deemed correct and final.

PRIZE WINNER NOTIFICATION
All winners will be notified in writing as to what they have won and how to claim their prizes. A searchable list of winners will be posted online at PrincessMargaretLotto.com on Monday, August 3, 2026 (if draw is completed on July 28, 2026) or Monday, August 17, 2026 (if draw is completed on August 11, 2026). PRIZE CLAIM
Prizes will be awarded to the individual(s) named on the official ticket. Prize notification letters are addressed to the primary ticketholder. It is the responsibility of the primary ticketholder to allocate the prize if necessary. Prizes awarded may not be exactly as illustrated.
†† Prize values stated are the retail value as of date contracts negotiated with suppliers and are independently verified by prize suppliers, as per AGCO rules.
Custom grand prize cottages may include many custom upgrades, unique features and the full retail replacement value of all of these features including appliances and finishes, flooring, landscaping, etc. Real estate retail values are calculated based on contracted purchase price and includes land purchase price. Value of cottage construction, materials, labor, permits, all taxes applicable including HST, cost of site preparation, landscaping, carrying cots, furnishings, decorating.Due to housing market fluctuations, the market value of the real estate prizes may rise or diminish over time. Winner or charity is not entitled to the difference, if any, between the stated and actual market value at the time the prize is awarded.
Winners of real estate prizes will be required to sign a Full & Final Release prior to the cottage being transferred. If a real estate prize winner is not a Canadian citizen, permanent resident, or otherwise exempted from Ontario’s Non-Resident Speculation Tax (NRST), the winner will be responsible for payment of the NRST.
In the event a real estate prize winner is a Non-Canadian within the meaning of the Prohibition on the Purchase of Residential Property by Non-Canadians Act (PPRPNCA) and the real estate prize is within a region where a transfer of an interest in property is prohibited per the PPRPNCA, the licensee will be legally prohibited from awarding the real estate prize to the winner. $2.2 Million Grand Prize comprises: one (1) prize – Haliburton Lakefront Cottage. Fully furnished, professionally decorated and naturally landscaped (value $2,225,000); Plus $50,000 Cash. Total Grand Prize Value: $2,275,000.
$2.3 Million Grand Prize comprises: one (1) prize – Blue Mountain Hillside Cottage. Fully furnished, professionally decorated and naturally landscaped (value $2,300,000); Plus $50,000 Cash. Total Grand Prize Value: $2,350,000.
$2.5 Million Grand Prize comprises: one (1) prize – Muskoka Lakefront Cottage. Fully furnished, professionally decorated and naturally landscaped (value $2,482,000); Plus $50,000 Cash. Total Grand Prize Value: $2,532,000.

Vacation prizes will be awarded as cheques payable to the primary ticketholder for the value of the trip as described in the lottery brochure at the time of printing. The prize winner may contact the prize supplier to make travel arrangements should they wish to take the trip as described. Travel must be completed within 12 months from the draw date. There is no requirement that vacation prize funds be used towards a travel purchase.
Prize winners are asked to claim prizes in a timely manner following notification. Any prizes which are not claimed shall be secured for a period of six (6) months from the date of the draw. Unclaimed prizes will be reported, and a charitable allocation will be approved by the licensing body.

50/50 Add-On ticket numbers ordered will be listed on your Summer 2026 Princess Margaret Cottage Lottery Official Ticket receipt and will begin at 50000001.
If a Summer 2026 Princess Margaret Cottage Lottery ticket order is cancelled, all associated 50/50 Add-On tickets will also be cancelled.

The draw information will be well advertised on the official Princess Margaret Cottage Lottery ticket. This schedule leaves adequate time to process all applications and payment and assures the database of ticket holders is correct.

PRINCESS MARGARET WANDERLUST LOTTERY RULES
ELIGIBILITY
The following individuals and all of their immediate family members residing in the same household are prohibited from ordering a ticket: Board members and employees of The Princess Margaret Cancer Foundation; members of the UHN Board of Trustees and Executive Team; Princess Margaret Cancer Centre Executive Team; partners and employees of MNP LLP and its affiliates; and members of licensed gaming suppliers providing services to this program.
Participants must be at least 18 years of age. Tickets cannot be ordered in the name of a minor. Only tickets that have been paid for and/or have been verified as paid for are eligible to be entered for the respective draw(s). Tickets must be ordered and delivered in the province of Ontario.
By purchasing a ticket, you agree to allow us, The Princess Margaret Cancer Foundation, and its licensed gaming suppliers providing services to this program, the right, if you are a prize winner, to use and publicly disclose your name, municipality of residence, image, photograph and likeness as a prize winner in any means required by the terms of our lottery licence and/or that we consider appropriate for purposes of administering and promoting the lottery, without notice, review or approval or additional compensation to you.
TICKETS
Only 84,137 tickets will be sold. Ticket numbers will begin at 30000001. Tickets are: one (1) for $25, 3-pack♦ for $50, or a 6-pack♦ for $75. For each order placed, one ticket receipt will be issued. The ticket receipt will list one, three or six ticket numbers.
*Guidelines for purchasing are as follows:
- Only ONE method of payment.
- Only ONE mailing address.
- Only ONE envelope will be mailed containing ticket numbers.
- Up to THREE names may be recorded on a ticket.
All tickets must contain the same information.
The official ticket is a receipt of purchase. It is the responsibility of ticket purchasers to ensure that they receive their ticket(s), however, purchasers do not need their ticket(s) in hand in order to be included in the respective draw(s). No refunds will be issued after commencement of the draws. Ticket purchases are not tax deductible.
Official tickets will be delivered to the customer via email and/or letter mail. For all ticket orders where a valid email address is provided, the official ticket receipt will be provided by email within 3-5 business days. Where no email address is provided, official ticket receipts will be mailed. Ticket purchasers may request a physical copy of their ticket(s) at the time of purchase or by calling Customer Service at 1-800-542-8813. Physical ticket(s) will be mailed to the address provided at the time of the order within 7-10 business days.
All inquiries, if any, regarding the "Chances of Winning" are to be made to the licensee prior to the purchase of ticket(s).

PRIZES
The Wanderlust Lottery Prizes consist of ten (10) prizes to be awarded with a total value of $500,000. All vacations are supplied by Able Travel and include air, transfers, taxes and accommodations. All flights are from Toronto. Each winner will choose between one (1) of ten (10) exclusive once in a lifetime vacation or take $50,000 Cash. Each vacation package is valued at $50,000. The ten (10) choices are as follows:
- Atlantic Canada (19 days, 2 adults)
- Caribbean Cruise (12 days, 2 adults)
- Rome & Milan (11 nights, 2 adults)
- Scandinavia (10 days, 2 adults)
- Greek Islands (10 days, 2 adults)

DRAW SCHEDULE
*If the Wanderlust Lottery is sold out by the Cottage Lottery Early Bird Prize Deadline of Midnight, July 17, 2026, Wanderlust draws will take place on July 28, 2026, at the offices of MNP LLP. MNP LLP will randomly select one (1) winner among all eligible ticket numbers for each of the ten (10) prizes.
**If the Wanderlust Lottery is sold out by the Final Ticket Sales Deadline of Midnight, July 30, 2026, Wanderlust draws for the (10) Prizes will take place on August 11, 2026, at 8:00am at the offices of MNP LLP. MNP LLP will randomly select one (1) winner from among all eligible ticket numbers for each of the ten (10) prizes.
DRAW CONTROL
Ticket Fulfillment and Draw Control by MNP LLP. The records of MNP LLP shall be deemed correct and final.
Prize draws follow a strict set of procedures, with draw control oversight by the professional services firm of MNP LP and under licensing approval by the licensing body (AGCO).
All draws will be made using Random Number Generator software (RNG) under the supervision of MNP LLP. Winning ticket numbers are eligible for all subsequent prize draws.
All draws will take place at the offices of MNP LLP, 1-1900 Adelaide St. E., Toronto, ON M5C 2V9.
The records of MNP LLP shall be deemed correct and final.

PRIZE WINNER NOTIFICATION
All winners will be notified in writing as to what they have won and how to claim their prizes. A searchable list of winners will be posted online at PrincessMargaretLotto.com on Monday, August 3, 2026 (if draw is completed on July 28, 2026) or Monday, August 17, 2026 (if draw is completed on August 11, 2026). PRIZE CLAIM
Prizes will be awarded to the individual(s) named on the official ticket. Prize notifications letters are addressed to the primary ticketholder. It is the responsibility of the primary ticketholder to allocate the prize if necessary. Prizes must be accepted as awarded. Prize winnings are not taxable.
Wanderlust prizes will be awarded as cheques payable to the primary ticketholder for the value of the vacation and cash prize as described in the lottery brochure or on the lottery website. The prize winner may contact the prize supplier (Able Travel) to make travel arrangements should they wish to take the trip as described. Travel must be completed within 12 months from the draw date. There is no requirement that vacation prize funds be used towards a travel purchase.
Prize winners are asked to claim prizes in a timely manner following notification. Any prizes which are not claimed shall be secured for a period of six (6) months from the date of the draw. Unclaimed prizes will be reported, and a charitable allocation will be approved by the licensing body.

Personal information collected will be used to administer and evaluate the lottery, including fulfilling lottery ticket orders and contacting and publicizing the name and municipality of residence of prize winners.
