    Yes. You may update or cancel your Membership order by contacting Customer Service prior to the applicable draw deadlines. Refunds are not available once draws have commenced.     WILL I BE NOTIFIED BEFORE MY CREDIT CARD IS CHARGED?

    Yes. Members will receive advance notification prior to any charge being processed, with the opportunity to make changes to their order. If your credit card details have changed or expired, your card provider may automatically update your information so your membership can continue without interruption. You can also update your payment details at any time by contacting our customer service team.

    WHAT HAPPENS IF MY PAYMENT DOES NOT GO THROUGH?

    Only orders that have been successfully processed and paid for are eligible for entry into any draw. The membership draw requires the order is successfully processed and the membership is active.

    If a payment issue occurs, you will receive email notice in an attempt to contact you to resolve payment prior to the draw deadline.

    WHAT HAPPENS IF MY ELIGIBILITY STATUS CHANGES?
